Voyd provides software tools for creating presentations, documents, and web pages. Core features include agentic generation, workspace memory, collaborative boards, export tools, and integrations including MCP-enabled workflows.
These Terms govern your access to the Voyd website, applications, APIs, and related services.
By creating an account, accessing, or using Voyd, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Voyd offers free and paid plans. Paid plans may include additional usage limits, credits, features, or support.
Usage credits may be consumed based on generation volume, model selection, export actions, or other resource-intensive operations.
Current plan details and pricing are available on the pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
You retain ownership of content you submit to Voyd, subject to any rights you grant in these Terms.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload source material and to use generated outputs in your intended context.
You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not use Voyd to violate law, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malicious content, or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive behavior.
You may not reverse engineer or interfere with the service, except where prohibited by applicable law.
You grant Voyd a limited, non-exclusive license to process, host, and display your content solely to operate, secure, and improve the service.
We do not claim ownership of your content.
Your use of Voyd is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect personal data.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless cancelled.
Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable after payment.
You can cancel at any time. Your access to paid features continues through the end of the billing cycle.
We may update pricing with reasonable notice before changes take effect.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms were violated, or if needed to protect users, the platform, or legal compliance.
You may close your account at any time from account settings or by contacting support.
We may revise these Terms as the service evolves. Material updates will be communicated through reasonable channels.
Continued use of Voyd after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
