Refunds may be approved when there is a verified billing error, duplicate charge, or a material service failure attributable to Voyd.
Requests are reviewed case by case based on account history, usage, and the nature of the issue.
Submit refund requests within 7 calendar days from the original charge date.
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing typically takes 5 to 10 business days.
Consumed credits, completed generation usage, and previously delivered exports are generally non-refundable.
Refunds are generally not provided for change-of-mind cancellations or account termination due to Terms violations.
Email hello@voyd.sh with your account email, payment receipt or transaction reference, and a brief description of the issue.
We usually respond within 2 business days with either a decision or a request for additional information.
Approved refunds are sent to the same payment method used for purchase whenever possible.
In limited situations, Voyd may issue a partial refund, including pro-rated adjustments for eligible annual plans.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from account settings.
Cancellation prevents future renewals. Paid access remains active until the current billing period ends.
If you disagree with a decision, reply to the support thread with additional evidence. A secondary review is completed within 5 business days.
