How Voyd handles your data. No unnecessary tracking.
We collect account details such as name, email address, and authentication credentials.
We collect content you create or upload in Voyd, including presentations, documents, generated assets, and workspace items.
We collect technical and usage data such as device type, browser, IP address, logs, and feature interactions.
If you connect Google (Gmail or Calendar), we access only the Google user data needed for the integration you enable - see section 3.
Payment processing is handled by third-party processors. Voyd does not store full card numbers.
We use information to provide and improve Voyd, secure accounts, deliver support, process transactions, and communicate product or security updates.
We do not sell personal data.
When you connect Google Workspace, Voyd may access: your email address (account identity); Gmail messages and metadata (read-only) to sync replies and campaign status; and Gmail send permission to deliver outreach you authorize from Voyd.
We use this Google user data only to operate the Voyd features you request - for example sending and tracking outreach campaigns, displaying connection status, and related workspace automation.
Voyd's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, sell it, or use it to train generalized machine-learning models unrelated to your Voyd workspace.
You can disconnect Google at any time from Voyd Integrations settings. Disconnecting stops further access; data already stored in your workspace is handled per our retention practices.
