How Voyd handles your data. No unnecessary tracking.
Last updated August 13, 2026
We collect account details such as name, email address, and authentication credentials.
We collect content you create or upload in Voyd, including presentations, documents, generated assets, and workspace items.
We collect technical and usage data such as device type, browser, IP address, logs, and feature interactions.
If you connect Google (sign-in, or optional Gmail send), we access only the Google user data described in Google Account Integrations.
Payment processing is handled by third-party processors. Voyd does not store full card numbers.
We use information to provide and improve Voyd, secure accounts, deliver support, process transactions, and communicate product or security updates.
We do not sell personal data.
When you Sign in with Google, Voyd receives your Google account name, email address, and profile photo. That is identity only — we do not get Gmail, Drive, or Calendar access from sign-in.
If you later connect Gmail send from Integrations (optional), Voyd may request permission to send email you explicitly start from outreach. We do not request Gmail read access.
We use Google user data only to operate the Voyd features you turn on: account sign-in, and optional outreach send.
Voyd's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, sell it, or use it to train generalized machine-learning models.
You can disconnect Google send from Voyd Integrations at any time. Disconnecting stops further API access; workspace data already stored follows our retention practices.
We share information with trusted service providers who help us operate infrastructure, analytics, support, or payments under contractual safeguards.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a corporate transaction.
We may share aggregated or de-identified information that does not directly identify individuals.
We apply administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information.
No system is fully immune to risk, but we continuously work to maintain strong security practices.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, and to object to certain processing.
To exercise these rights, contact hello@voyd.sh.
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, analytics, and performance.
You can control cookies through browser settings, but some features may not function properly if cookies are disabled.
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide Voyd, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
When data is no longer required, we delete or de-identify it in line with our retention practices.
Voyd may process data in countries other than your own.
When required, we use lawful transfer mechanisms and safeguards consistent with applicable data protection rules.
Voyd is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If we learn such data has been collected, we will take steps to delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy as our products and legal obligations evolve.
Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
